:Part 1
In CMI results , I saw a difference amount in
my CIM . Between the live I lived and the results of the CMI test , so I will explain
the dimension first then I will describe what in the report results.
D1: Growth and it is between personal and
material , personal it means that you focus about people how have experience
and certificate and material it is mean that you care about the new staff .
D2:Outlook and it is between tradition and
innovation , tradition it is mean that you always wear a tradition clothes and
innovation that is you wear what you like and don’t care .
D3: Planning and it is between people and time
, people it is mean that you care about meeting people and time it is not
important but Time it is mean that you care about time when you have work
meeting .
Part 2:
First of
all I will focus about growth, however in the report it said I am interest about personal
and material tow but I think that I am moor interested about personal because people
how have experience are moor important than the material .
Second in the report it said that I was very
innovation , but I think that I am very tradition , so I disagree with the
report result because I love to be traditional person.
Last in the report it is wrote that I am focus
a lot to the time and I agree with that because I am person love to be on time
and if I am late I will be late for some of important reason.
Part 3:
I think after 5 years I will not change because
I like what I am now but maybe I will change a little bet because of living situation , but I hope some
of this dimensions change to be batter in the future . What I like in those
dimensions is planning and I will not change it .
